In response to increasing student demand, the O’Neill School introduced the Leadership Seminar Series, a free multi-week program for graduate students. The seminar focuses on developing critical skills sought by employers, strengthening leadership abilities while exploring the question, “What does it mean to ‘lead for the greater good?’” By the program’s conclusion, participants will have developed their own leadership perspectives and gained essential tools for managing in diverse environments. Students are encouraged to complete the series before their required internships.
