For more than 50 years, the O’Neill School has been committed to advancing the public good through education, research, and direct community engagement across Indiana and beyond. The Paul H. O’Neill Center for Leadership in Public Service builds on this mission, enhancing and expanding our student leadership programs to prepare the next generation of leaders in public service.

I am delighted that so many employers in our state choose to partner with us. Our students gain critical experience to be leaders in their field and these partnerships help keep the best and brightest minds in Indiana and chart a bright future for us all.
